Install safely

2. 2Check the extension name and publisher before installing.
3. 3Review requested permissions.
4. 4Pin the extension so its status and controls remain visible.
5. 5Open the welcome screen and sign in to the intended MindsNet account.

How it appears

• The popup provides account and general controls.
• The side panel can contain saved material and session tools.
• Supported pages can show a mode gate, Focus query strip, search, saving, or break controls.
• Unsupported sites should continue normally rather than receiving invented behavior.

Permissions

The extension needs access to supported pages to change their presentation and extract only the content required for selected features. Browser permission text can sound broad because one extension supports multiple domains. Review the current Privacy page and uninstall the extension if the permission model does not fit your needs.
