Troubleshoot Unalgorithm and the extension

Controls are missing

1. 1Confirm the extension is installed and enabled.

3. 3Reload the tab after installing or updating.
4. 4Open the extension and confirm you are signed in.
5. 5Disable conflicting page-modifying extensions and retry.

A supported page looks broken

1. 1Turn off the current mode.
2. 2Reload the page.
3. 3Update the extension and browser.
4. 4Try the site's normal experience with Unalgorithm disabled.
5. 5Report the site, page type, selected mode, browser version, and screenshot.

Saving or synchronization fails

• Confirm connectivity and account identity.
• Retry once from the original page.
• Check whether the source content is private, removed, or unsupported.
• Do not repeatedly click Save while an operation is pending.
